Pakwerk Plant of Packaging Equipment was established in 2001. The Plant was established with the aim to develop and launch an assembly line production of new equipment line, destined for multiple and single unit packaging of various types of products with the use of polymer shrink film. The staff of the Plant has completely fulfilled the task. Today, the products of the enterprise are of great demand, while the Plant is one of five leading producers on the national market of thermal packaging equipment. A wide choice of products, offered by the Plant, includes desktop and ground-type heat tunnels, multipackers, manual and automated thermal knives, integrated automated packaging lines. Pakwerk equipment is installed and successfully operated at the enterprises characterized by different types of ownership and diverse intensity of a manufacturing process. Individual entrepreneurs and market giants are all among our customers. A range of products, packaged with the use of Pakwerk equipment, is diverse. These are products in different containers (glass and tin cans, bottles, jerry cans, polyethylene terehpthalate containers, cardboard baskets), confectionary products in boxes and on plates, printing products, timber and moldings, accumulator units, computers, software, consumer electronics, mobile phones, cable coils, metal constructions, safes and many others. Where necessary, our equipment is applied to: protect the products against mechanical damage during transportation or storage; protect the products against the impact of environmental factors such as dust, moisture and mud; protect the products against unauthorized access (tamper protection); efficiently use storage and transport capacity (multiple packaging); add to fresh, attractive and easily recognizable appearance of the products. Practice has shown that the application of polymer shrink films provides not only excellent protection of the products, but also significant economic benefit. The cost of polymers (polyethylene, PVC, polyolefine) on a per-package basis is three-ten times less than the cost of alternative packaging materials such as corrugated cardboard, plastics, wood and metal. Easy collection and disposal of used packaging materials is also of paramount importance. Our team is always ready to support our customers in selection of packaging equipment and materials. Upon Customer's, we install and adjust the equipment, and provide on-site traning sessions for Customer's staff. The Plant has mobile Services Center.
